Do branches and brush have to be bagged?
Show them as they are. Loose branches, tied bundles and bags take different amounts of loading time. If a branch is too large for a person to lift, include it in the picture.
Can you pick up debris from behind my house?
Show the path from the pile to the truck, including gates, steps and any tight turns. We’ll price the carry as part of the pickup.
Can you haul concrete or heavy debris with yard waste?
Tell us how much concrete there is and show it separately from the brush. Weight can limit a load before the truck looks full. We’ll confirm which materials we can accept.
Can I request a one-time pickup instead of regular trash service?
Yes. Send pictures of the pile you want gone and tell us when we can get to it. We review individual loads for pickup.
Can you pick up a mixed pile?
Show us each material before you move anything. Flag heavy pieces or anything you can’t identify so we can tell you which items we can collect.
