How much does move-out junk removal cost?

Can you clear the house before closing?
Tell us the possession and closing dates and who can open the property. We’ll confirm whether we can meet that window after reviewing the load.
What if I add things after the movers leave?
Send updated pictures. We’ll agree on any price change before taking the added items.
Can I leave the keys with my agent?

What are the Pahrump dump fees if I haul it myself?
If you live in Nye County and take eligible waste from your own home, disposal is free with a Nevada ID showing your Nye County address. Commercial loads and other materials can carry a fee. Check Nye County’s landfill rates and accepted materials before you load up.
What does the price include?
For a cleanout, we carry the agreed items out, load them, haul them away and pay for disposal. If you add items or the way out changes, we agree on the price change with you first.

Start with pictures so we can price the work. Some cleanouts can be priced online. We review the rest first. For a cleanout with online checkout, accept the price, pay and pick an available opening on your request page. That’s where you’ll see your booking confirmation.
